Affiliate Disclosure

1. Purpose of this disclosure

AllPokerDeals publishes reviews, comparisons, guides and links about poker rooms, offers and related services. Some of those links may generate compensation for AllPokerDeals if a visitor takes an action that meets a partner's conditions, such as registering correctly, becoming an eligible player or completing another action defined by that third party.

This page explains our general approach. It does not replace the specific notice that must accompany a recommendation, button, code or commercial link. Where a material relationship exists, we will identify it clearly, comprehensibly and close to the relevant content.

2. What an affiliate link is and is not

An affiliate link may contain a technical identifier or parameter that allows a visit or an action to be attributed to AllPokerDeals. If the partner confirms that their conditions have been met, we may receive a commission or compensation. Not every link on the Site is an affiliate link, and the mere existence of a link does not necessarily mean there is a commercial relationship.

Using an AllPokerDeals link does not create a contract with us, does not result in an additional charge levied by AllPokerDeals and does not guarantee that an offer will be applied, that an account will be accepted or that the operator will make a payment. The third party may impose country, age, identity, deposit, volume, time, payment method, eligible play or any other conditions.

3. How we identify commercial content

When a page, recommendation or button includes an affiliate relationship, we will use understandable disclosure language positioned near the link or recommendation. Examples of clear wording include: "This link may generate a commission for AllPokerDeals if you meet the operator's conditions" or "Affiliate link: we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you."

We do not consider it sufficient to hide a disclosure only at the bottom of a page, inside a menu, in generic legal text or behind a barely visible link. If a format requires separating the recommendation from the link — for example, a video, a social network or a message — the disclosure must also appear in the format and place where the visitor can see it before acting.

4. Types of relationship and labelling

Commercial and editorial relationships may vary by operator, market, page and point in time. The table below shows how each should be distinguished. The specific label may be adapted to the design, as long as it remains visible, specific and easy to understand.

5. Editorial independence and publication criteria

We do not accept money in exchange for publishing a positive review, altering an editorial conclusion, concealing relevant information or stating that an offer is better, legal or applicable when we cannot support it. 6. Sources, verification and correction

Information may originate from official operator conditions and pages, verifiable public sources, materials available online and experiences shared with the team by players. Individual experiences are not presented as general facts without context or reasonable verification.

We date relevant information where possible and correct material errors we are able to verify. However, we do not guarantee that all data is updated in real time: promotions, bonuses, limits, payment methods, licences, games and territories may change without notice. Conditions published by the operator always prevail over our summary.

7. Offers, promotions and referral programmes

A welcome offer, rakeback, race, code, VIP programme or referral may have extensive rules and vary by operator or market. You should not treat a percentage, amount, prize illustration or example as a guarantee of outcome. Before registering, review eligibility, the attribution method, the minimum deposit, valid activity, expiry, calculation method, limits and exclusions.

If you ask us to help review an attribution, we may guide you using public information or relay an authorised enquiry, but we cannot compel a third party to accept an action or change their decision.

8. A mention does not confirm an active or applicable offer

The appearance of a room, bonus, percentage, promotion, code, button or link on AllPokerDeals does not in itself mean that it is still active, that it retains the same conditions, that it is correct at the precise moment you are reading it or that it applies to your account. The content reflects information available or reviewed as at the date indicated, not a real-time confirmation or a permanent promise from the operator.

Unless a page expressly states that a specific item has been confirmed for a particular moment, this should not be read as AllPokerDeals continuously monitoring all changes at every room. Before registering, depositing or playing, you must consult the current offer and terms directly with the operator; those terms are the only reference that can confirm your eligibility and the applicable conditions.

This clarification does not justify retaining information we know to be false or misleading. When we receive reasonable evidence of a material change or error, we will review the content and, where appropriate, correct, date, limit or withdraw it.

9. Privacy and link tracking

An affiliate link may include technical parameters necessary to identify the origin of a click or a conversion. The Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy explain the use of local storage, analytics, technical data and the available controls. We do not request passwords, security codes, identity documents, cards, banking data or private keys to verify an attribution.

When you leave the Site for an operator or partner, their cookies, identifiers, forms and policies will be governed by that third party. Review their terms and privacy before registering or providing information. We do not sell your personal data in exchange for an affiliate commission.

10. Responsible play, minors and restricted markets

Affiliate relationships do not change the responsible-play rules. Any collaborator, creator or partner publishing a communication on behalf of AllPokerDeals must receive instructions on disclosure, truthfulness, protection of minors, responsible play and prohibition of unsupported claims. We may request the correction or withdrawal of a piece that does not comply with those rules.

12. Limitations and third-party decisions

We are not the operator and we do not control their registration, KYC, availability, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, limits, payments, self-exclusion, support or resolution of claims. A link does not guarantee that an offer will be applied or that an account will be accepted.

Private conditions with partners are not published unless there is a legitimate reason and authorisation to do so. Pages focus on what the player needs to check: public terms, requirements, restrictions, the review date and whom to consult.

13. Corrections, questions and non-compliance notices

If you find an expired offer, incorrect data, insufficient disclosure, a mislabelled link or a communication that may affect minors or responsible play, write to us at [email protected]. Include the URL, a concrete description and, if possible, a source that allows us to review it.

We may correct, re-label, limit, withdraw or suspend content, links or collaborations when we detect an error, material change, legal non-compliance, risk to users or insufficient evidence. This channel does not replace claims you may file directly with the operator, the platform, the authority or the competent body.

14. Territorial scope and regulatory sources

Advertising, affiliation, disclosure and gambling rules vary by country and may apply even when the content is viewed from another territory. In Spain, commercial gambling communications must be identifiable, truthful, responsible and not directed at minors; affiliates must check applicable requirements before placing gambling advertising.

For visitors from the United States and other markets, we apply the principle of clear, visible and proximate disclosure near the commercial recommendation. A general disclosure page helps explain the model, but does not replace the specific notice next to the link or content that gives rise to the commercial relationship.

15. Changes to this disclosure

We may update this disclosure if the editorial model, the type of compensation, an attribution technology, regulations or our signalling practices change. We will publish the "last reviewed" date and amend the specific notices before activating a material change where appropriate.

This page does not create a promise of income, benefit, access or preferential treatment for visitors, partners or third parties. The Terms and Conditions, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and operator conditions continue to apply according to their subject matter.
