PokerStars Network (PSN): the current structure

PokerStars no longer operates as an independent The Stars Group business. It forms part of Flutter Entertainment and its PokerStars Network (PSN) strategy, which brings PokerStars into a broader multi-brand poker ecosystem.

Flutter structure and network strategy

The PSN model is designed to connect poker liquidity and platform capabilities across Flutter brands where local licensing and regulation allow it. The practical experience, cashier and available promotions can therefore differ by country and brand.

North America: PokerStars on FanDuel

In eligible North American markets, PokerStars has been brought into FanDuel’s platform. The stated model includes a shared account and wallet experience in the markets where that integration is available.

United Kingdom and Europe

In the United Kingdom and parts of Europe, PokerStars has been aligned with Flutter’s wider poker infrastructure, including Betfair-facing PokerStars access. The long-term direction is a connected ecosystem spanning PokerStars and selected Flutter brands, subject to each market’s rules.

Global PokerStars markets

PokerStars continues to operate its established global poker software in markets where it is available. Local regulation, account type and brand access determine the games, payment options and promotions shown to a player.

What this means for players

PokerStars remains the player-facing poker brand, while PSN describes the wider Flutter network strategy behind it. This review will track the live room, local offer and market-specific access rather than present the former The Stars Group as a current independent network.

Information is reviewed editorially and can change as networks or their rooms update their terms.
